Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: March 8, 2026
If you want Flowcell to delete personal data associated with your account, lead submission, or messaging interaction, email us at privacy@flowcellfl.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What to include
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number you used with Flowcell.
- Your Facebook, Instagram, or other connected platform username if applicable.
- A brief description of the data or interaction you want deleted.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion.
Processing timeline
We aim to review and process valid deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, and recordkeeping obligations.
What may be retained
In some cases, we may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, transaction records, or enforcement of our agreements.
