Unless expressly stated otherwise, Flowcell is not the licensed selling dealer for listed inventory and instead operates as a marketplace and lead-routing layer connecting shoppers with partner dealers and salespeople.

3. No Purchase Guarantee

Submitting a form, inquiry, or lead request does not guarantee vehicle availability, financing approval, delivery terms, or final transaction approval. Any sale or financing outcome remains subject to verification, eligibility, underwriting, and final agreement terms.

Consent to browsing the website, accepting cookies, or viewing inventory alone does not by itself create consent for calls or texts. Where contact consent is required, it is collected through the relevant lead or inquiry form.
